HERB Sage - Tricolor 9cm
(Salvia officinalis Tricolor). An upright hardy form with leaves which are green, cream and mauve tinted. Prefers a well-drained soil in full sun. Height - 40cm+ (16in+). Culinary Use - Stuffings and stews.
HERB Stevia Rebaundiana 9cm
(Stevia rebundiana). An upright perennial with small white tubular flowers in late Summer to early Autumn. Use the leaves directly for sweetening hot drinks or alternatively sprinkle leaves in salads, cereals, over meats and with cooked vegetables to enhance flavour. Height - 60-90cm (2-3ft). Best grown in containers and protected during the Winter.

Variegated, silvery-white, oval leaves with pale pink flowers. An evergreen, low-growing herb with a lemon fragrance. Leaves can be used in cooking, particularly fish or chicken. Prefers a sunny spot in moist but very well-drained soil. Prune back leggy stems in early Spring. Height - 10cm (4in). Spread - 30cm (12in).
