Have you found us from outside Somerset?

Although you can order items through our website and pick them up using Click & Collect please note that we do not deliver items outside of the map below. We have daily enquiries from around the UK but as a small family business based near the Somerset / Devon border we do not offer a service beyond the map below. We do love Scotland but I'm afraid we don't deliver there...

Our local delivery service covers the local towns of Wellington and Taunton and the surrounding villages. If you live in the postcode areas on the map below then we can deliver to you. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.

You can combine items from the different departments at Willowbrook. If you want flea treatment for your dog, fish food for your fish, a collection of tomato plants and a bag of compost - we can deliver this. Even if it is just one thing - we can deliver this as well. Please note that we do not deliver food from the Cafe and Tea room and specifically live fish from the Aquatic department - although pond plants / floaters / oxygenators are fine.

When you have placed your order for local home delivery you will recieve a confirmation email regarding your order. We will then follow this with a telephone call between 9am-5.30pm to arrange a date and a time. There is a small charge for our delivery service but if you spend over £50 through our online shop then local home delivery will be free.
