(Satureja montana). A woody perennial with dark green, shiny, pointed leaves. Indeal for use in soups, with poultry, when sauteing, etc. A very versatile herb. Height - 20-25cm (8-10in). Benefits from being cut back regularly. Prefers a well-drained soil in a sunny position.
