A tall aromatic herb with dark green leaves and umbels of greenish yellow flowers from July to August. Adds flavour to vegetable soups, casseroles and meat broths. The candied stems can be used to decorate cakes and trifles. Height - 1.8m (6ft); Spread - 90cm. (3ft). Will grow in moisture retentive soil in sun or partial shade.
